Year 4 News of The Week
Year 4 have had a spectacular week
We've learnt the formal written method for division with remainders and begun to use the springboard and vault in gymnastics. Our ultimate highlight has been tough to decide upon. Is it science? Is it English?
Greek myths have captured our imagination. At the start of the week, we planned our myth, then we worked as a team to write a class model. See photos of our fabulous and inspirational stories.
'Apollo grasped his trident and charged at the monstrosity. The Chimera weaved around him and let out a wave of fire. Swiftly, he spun around and deflected the fire back with the shield.'
To finish, we must give your science a celebration too... 'How can we measure the invisible?' 'What happens when you heat a gas?' These questions got us thinking.
