Harvest Festival on Friday 13th October
Harvest festival is an important celebration as we help the children to give thanks for the many lovely things they have as well as remembering those who are less-fortunate.
This year our harvest festival will be on Friday 13th October. Our chosen charity this year is Besom; a local charity that provides basic food items to families in need. More information about the charity can be found at http://www.besom.com
The charity has asked for tea bags, coffee, cereals, sugar, UHT milk, biscuits, squash, jam, tinned meat/meals/soup, tinned fish, tinned veg, tinned fruit, puddings, dried pasta, rice and pasta/casserole sauces.
The children can bring their harvest gifts to school on Friday and then take them into the school hall for assembly. We would be grateful for all donations.
